How Will I Work With You? Here Is My Process
Step 1: Discovery & Consultation – Understanding the product vision & technical needs. Creating a moodboard and analyzing existing market products in terms of technology, cost, aesthetics, and functionality.
Step 2: Concept & Industrial Design – Sketches, concept iterations & 3D CAD. Creating the first low fidelity mokeups to validate the volume and shapes.
Step 3: Mechanical Design & Engineering – Developing functional & manufacturable components using a CAD modeling software.
Step 4: Prototyping & Testing – Creating physical prototypes to validate the design and testing it. If needed I can organize several testing sessions with some selected users.
Step 5: Manufacturing Readiness – Design for manufacturing (DFM), supplier sourcing, and production files.
